RE: Fleet Driver Instructor Diploma Course (21st - 25th June 04)

I have enclosed the evaluation forms as requested for the above course that Rob and I attended last week. Although the forms cover our thoughts on the training we both thought we would personally like to thank you and your team in what we considered an excellent and rewarding course.

We would especially like to thank John as our practical Instructor whose knowledge, experience and sense of humour was paramount in the pair of us achieving the high standard required for the final assessments carried out by Alf.

On the subject of Alf we both thought he was very approachable, knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole course, As an experienced examiner any criticism was readily acceptable and constructive.

Finally we would like to thank you Kevin and of course Helen for the theory elements of the course which again we felt were invaluable.

As a Road Safety Unit if there is anything we might be able to assist you and your team with in the future please do not hesitate to contact us.

I thought I would take this opportunity of writing to you to place on record my thanks for the professionalism and expertise of you and the team at UK ROAD SAFETY LTD, following my completion of the Fleet Driver Instructor Diploma course in Bristol.

I found each day challenging and a complete learning experience. Each element of the course was well planned and executed and at no time did I consider any member of the team lacking in knowledge or unable to put across a point to my complete satisfaction.

I would like to say a special thank you to my trainer Alistair Andrews who was quite simply amazing in his ability to bring out the best in a candidate, particularly so during the 'in vehicle' training elements of the course.

From the first hello to the last, you all made me feel relaxed and at ease, As Alf Reynolds the Training Manager said to me when I first enquired about your course, the aim was not only to learn, but have a laugh as well. I learnt, and quite a few laughs along the way!

Thank you both very much for a most enjoyable and rewarding week on the Fleet Driver Instructor Diploma Course.

Not only has the experience given me the opportunity to branch into a new and challenging area of driver training but it has improved my skills as an ADI and a motorist.

Just a few lines to say how much I enjoyed the course. I think that it was very cost effective and a most enjoyable experience. There just never seems to be time for all the questions and jokes.
